I’ve navigated grief, reinvention, soul awakenings, and the messy middle.
I’ve walked the winding path from registered nurse to entrepreneur to transformational guide.
I’ve danced with shadow and light, self-doubt and sovereignty.
And I know what it’s like to want a big beautiful life… but not know how to claim it.
My frequency is adventure, love, flow, service, peace.
I believe your soul already knows the way.
And sometimes, it just needs a gentle mirror—a field operator—to walk beside you.
This work is sacred. Not because it’s solemn.
But because it’s real. Because it meets you where you are.
Because it brings you home to the truth of who you’ve always been.

This path has been raw, real, and reckoned with.
There was a time I was surviving, striving, and holding it all together.
Joy visited, yes—but peace stayed away.
It wasn’t until life cracked me open that I found my way home.
To truth. To wholeness. To something real.
And that’s what brought me here. To this work.
To you.
So, who am I?
Honestly, I’m still becoming. But here’s what I know so far:
- I never have fit in a box. Not even the sparkly ones I made for myself.
- I’ve always felt like a bridge—between science and spirit, the known and the mystery, the seen and the unseen.
- I’ve spent a lifetime navigating change—some of it chosen, some of it not.
- I’ve built businesses, identities, lives -- burned them down, reinvented, reimagined, remembered.
- I’ve studied healing, neuroscience, energy, transformation, meditation, and meaning.
But more than anything—I’ve lived the questions.
I’ve lived the breakdowns and the breakthroughs.
I’ve cried on the bathroom floor and danced barefoot under the stars.
I know what it means to start over—not once, but again and again. So when I sit with you, it’s not from a pedestal. It’s from the path. I offer what I’ve lived:
Love without conditions.
Presence without pressure.
Wisdom that comes from a life lived.
What I believe:
Your longing for more isn’t selfish—it’s needed.
Your wholeness was never lost—just waiting to be remembered.
You don’t need to be in crisis to change however, sometimes it is the catalyst.
Expansion can be gentle but it is okay if it is not.
A big beautiful life doesn’t have to be loud. It just has to be true.
